Office Administrator support the daily operations of the branch by performing administrative tasks, supporting the team and liaising with clients to business and team growth.
Key activities of the role:
- To complete all relevant paperwork/money for renewals and new lets. Coordinate the references on new lets and any replacement tenancies. Liaise with landlords and tenants during the process.
- Schedule property inspections, liaise with tenants to arrange and ensure tenants have confirmed. Book all confirmed inspections on Inventory Base for the property manager.
- To schedule, monitor and analyse annual safety certificates keeping certificates up to date at all times and promptly organising any necessary remedial works.
- To coordinate all branch property sales with regular updates and communication with solicitors, buyers and sellers.
- To help assist the carrying out of viewings if required.
- To help & support any other aspect of the daily running of the branch and team.
- To support & assist the manager with any duties where required for the business need.
