Travel Office Administrator
Hours: 30hrs per week (9.00am - 4.30pm) 1⁄2 lunch break. _Would consider 4 day week_

Salary:
£11.00 p/h

  • Holiday: 28 days pro rata (including bank holidays) plus 1 day per year up to maximum of 5 additional days.
  • Benefits: Level 2 Healthcare Plan after 6 months
  • Company Pension scheme after 3 months
  • Perk: If birthday falls on a workday company will give this as an extra day's holiday
Probationary Period: 6 months

Options Supported Holidays are a bespoke tour operator running escorted holidays for adults with learning disabilities.

We are small family run business who have been operating for over 25 years and believe passionately about giving our clients the best holiday experience.

Many of our clients travel with us year after year helping us to have a unique and strong bond with them.

We are looking for a cheerful and motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our friendly team.

Working as part of a fun, positive group you will be responsible for hotel and excursion bookings, reconciling holiday petty cash, ensuring our software systems are kept up to date and general office administration as highlighted below.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in the travel trade and has customer experience.
A car driver is essential as we are in a rural location. Flexibility with regards to days worked can be arranged.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding/taking action as requested
  • Preparing holiday photo albums and despatch
  • Selecting holiday photos for company website
  • Unpacking of holiday packs at end of holiday
  • Check and reconcile holiday petty cash when returned from holiday
  • Complete holiday petty cash spreadsheet and manage office petty cash
  • Send rooming lists to hotels
  • Maintain room availability on T3 and advise hotel as necessary
  • Prepare activities lists for tours
  • Book hotels and excursions as directed
  • Arrange payment of above with company bank card
  • Add passport details for airlines and check in passengers
  • Put together new holiday supporter packs and distribute
  • Manage stationary orders
  • Chase clients for required documents as requested
  • Assist with chasing holiday deposit/monies when required
  • Keep T3 services up to date with hotels and excursions
We are based in South Cerney and quite rural so a car driver is essential.
