Role Overview:


We are in search of an enterprising and meticulous Enterprise Event Specialist to bolster our Relationship Management team, dedicated to our key enterprise and corporate client accounts.

This role centralises around our 360 enterprise product, focusing on venue searches both within the UK and internationally for a variety of events, from intimate private dining experiences to more elaborate functions such as roadshows and product launches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise our 360 enterprise product for conducting comprehensive venue searches to fulfil all booking needs, from small private dining events to complex occasions like roadshows and product launches, across the UK and internationally.
  • Craft bespoke proposals that align with client specifications and expectations.
  • Assist in organising and overseeing site visits for potential venues.
  • Engage in detailed research to identify unique venues that meet our clients' criteria.
  • Offer adhoc administrative support within the team as necessary.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Relationship Management team to efficiently manage account enquiries and key client bookings.
  • Play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and upholding Hire Space's reputation for exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Industry experience in the events sector is a musthave for this role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Robust research and negotiation capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A fervent commitment to delivering premium customer service.

Logistics
This is a hybrid remote / in-person role.

Our client base is predominantly in London and it is important that you are able to collaborate with your team, attend ad-hoc events and attend our away days in-person.

You can usually expect to be in/around London on average 2-3 days per week, usually working from our central London office location.
