- Work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families

Band 3 Senior Healthcare Assistant: Collaborate within a team to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at home. Implement care plans to support those in home or care settings.
**Additional Working Pattern:** Flexible shifts between Monday to Friday, occasional weekends, and late shifts until 6:00 pm.

- Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF Diploma or equivalent)
Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in health or social care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various IT packages
Desirable:
- Experience in a community nursing environment
Knowledge:
