We are currently seeking a receptionist for our 4* Countryside Hotel in Northamptonshire.

Whittlebury Park is a 254-bedroom hotel with a bustling conference centre, award winning spa and championship golf course.

Duties Include:

  • Greeting guests & handling requests
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the optimum guest experience
  • Managing the check in/out process
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Administrative reception tasks
  • Communicate with and assist other departments where necessary
  • Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & what it can offer
  • Upselling hotel facilities & potential sales opportunities
  • Be a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic receptionist
  • Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Be able to work alongside others, but also selfmotivate
  • Competent IT proficiency
Due to the remote location, own reliable transportation is required.

Salary:
£ based on 40 hours per week) / £11.52 per hour

You will be expected to work weekends and late shifts.
