'Putting our patients first' Previous experience is not necessary as we will offer a supportive and tailored development program with a dedicated mentor and supernumeracy period. Main duties of the job Practice autonomously and be responsible and accountable for safe, compassionate, person centred care. You would be managing patients both pre and post operatively. You will complete core competencies as laid out in the BADS guidelines for adult day surgery in order to provide a safe pathway to theatre and discharge. You will require to work flexibly within the team in a dynamic and changeable environment, which can evolve throughout the day with competing demands and post operative requirements. We want to find nurses with excellent communication skills to link our team, with the wider multidisciplinary services involved in our patients pathway.
