This beautiful luxury skincare brand are searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

You will be involved with setting up new suppliers from form provided, processing invoices received from suppliers.

Stock invoice against goods booked in against PO, invoicing for stocks,supplier payments, ensuring all payments for the previous month arecompleted, raising queries, working Microsoft Dynamics, recently migrated from Sage.


You will be reviewing aged suppliers as part of their end process, follow up on payments, morning updates of sundry payments and running the daily cash reconciliation.

You will also be monitoring the cashflow file andsetting up approvals for suppliers paymentrun.

Excell advanced skills essential and experience on Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
