SEN Teaching Assistant who is experienced at working within
SEN settings supporting students with
Autistic Spectrum Condition aged
11-16.


You will lead on supporting students
1:1 across the school in collaboration with the class teacher; understanding that the needs of every child are unique and able to work flexibly while upholding clearly defined learning objectives.

The school are going through an exciting phase of development.

Combined with a strong and supportive senior leadership team they are looking for like minded Teaching Assistants to increase the standard of individual support who are equally able to reach the learners and challenge young enquiring minds; in turn, providing the best possible foundation for students to live independently in the future.


Requirements:

To be available ASAP & hold relevant DBS clearance:


  • Have recent relevant TA experience in a SEN setting (ASC):

Understand the challenges/rewards associated with working in a SEN setting:


  • Be able to provide references that speak to the high standard of care you provide to your students:

Ideally hold a relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 1, 2 or 3)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.72-£12.83 per hour
