We have over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs and a successful work programme, supporting more than 250 people.

What to expect

Based in the centre of Banbury our hub offers a huge variety of activities including cooking, sewing, yoga, music, arts and crafts and Zumba.

We also support people in using the local community to access facilities such as the local swimming pool, gym, ten pin bowling, and much much more.

We support people to gain skills, build friendships and live happy, healthy, and independent lives. We also enjoy day trips, theatre trips and events enabling all of Style Acre to come together.
Youwill need to be a people person - being fun, motivated and flexible inapproach.

In return we will provide you with a enjoyable, rewarding and vibrantplace to work, making a real difference to lives of the people we support andtheir families, alongside offering sociable working hours (Monday to Friday9-4pm).

What you will need:

  • Ideally, youll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but were more interested in hearing from people who really want to make a difference to peoples lives. We provide full training and an induction to all staff.
