Your Role and Responsibilities

Junior Management Consultant

Do you want to learn the fundamentals of consulting, as well as develop your technical skills to kick-start your career?

Do you want to analyse requirements and manage enterprise implementations? This role is for you


As a Junior Management Consultant, you will understand the end-to-end client engagement process and couple this with key methodology such as Design Thinking techniques.

When you combine this with knowledge of the industry and an understanding of cutting-edge technologies, you will be able to create high value solutions to some of the biggest client organisations in the world.

You'll be responsible for understanding and interpreting clients' needs, using evidence to support recommendations, supporting proposals with a focus on the technical implementation of solutions to help our clients improve their business outcomes

Additional information for our 2024 apprenticeships:

  • All our apprenticeships are office based a minimum of 3 days a week, these are NOT remote roles.
  • You will need to be mobile as all our apprenticeship roles will be project based and typically you will find yourself working at client sites which will require extensive travel and staying away from home during the week.
  • Our base locations are across the UK the 3 locations are Manchester, London, and Hurlsey (near Winchester)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above these must include Maths and English Language
  • OR Level 2 Skills Tests as a GCSE equivalent in Maths and English.
  • You must be authorised to work in the UK,
  • Been resident in England for the last
    3 years.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Some roles will require you to complete security clearance.
