OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Ensure effective communication with customers and partners.
- Manage the administrative function of contracts in a timely manner.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Homeco energy staff, providing information, answering questions and responding to requests.
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries from sales representatives and maintain office efficiency by working with peers.
- Update spreadsheets used to monitor and progress installations.
- Produce letters, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Liaise with partner agencies and customers to ensure timely installations.
- Register Installations with various agencies and ensure appropriate certification is produced and distributed accordingly.
- To cover for other Admin team members where required to ensure a seamless service to both customers, and partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven success in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong timemanagement and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- High School diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Good IT Skills
Pay:
From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
