Location: Westminster, London
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM
Contract Duration: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
Hourly Rate: £ £23.00
About the Role:
Join a dynamic NHS trust in Westminster dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services across the London region. As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting clinically robust mental health assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
Managing diabetes, including insulin administration and other diabetes-related tasks.
Expertise in leg ulcer management.
Proficiency in PEG feeding and medication administration.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Extensive experience in community nursing, particularly with adults facing emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges.
Strong clinical skills in diabetes management, compression therapy, and PEG feeding.
Valid driver's license preferred.
