AFTERSALES ADVISOR (INEOS GRENADIER
We are recruiting a full-time Aftersales Advisor.

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for welcoming customers to the Aftersales department
  • Liaising with the Service and Sales customers to keep them informed of progress and advising on any additional work which needs carrying out
  • Planning and organising hours to sell and drive retail labour sales
  • Organising and progressing the completion of internal and retail workflow
  • Purchasing and stock control, direct from the manufacturer or from external suppliers.
  • Making service reservations using our DMS, Keyloop Drive.

Skills & Experience:

  • A good understanding of current motor vehicle technologies
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • An effective communicator with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • An understanding of Keyloop Drive DMS or similar
  • Previous experience of electronic VHC reporting is desirable
  • Wellpresented and personable
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
