  • Discuss, draft, and prepare commercial agreements and Master Service Agreements
  • Utilize the company's quality system for effective contract management.
  • Update and maintain records for contractrelated correspondence and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and provide resolution for contractrelated issues.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant commercial contract experience
