Seeking a dynamic Credit Liaison Executive to join the Credit Department - Collection Team in Diss.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Sales teams in achieving business growth, all while safeguarding the debtors ledger.

As a Credit Liaison Executive, you will:
Proactively reach out to customers for payments while adhering to credit policies.
Collaborate with the Collection Team Leader to address specific issues affecting the business.
Manage customer accounts efficiently, resolving queries, and maintaining a high standard.
Contribute to the monthly Credit Note Provision and transaction processing.
Process customer card payments securely over the phone.
Release customer orders in line with credit policies and internal controls.
