At Newlife, our mission, simply put, is to change the lives of disabled children and their families. We provide access to the vital equipment they rely on, offer information and support through our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, sponsor pioneering medical research into the causes of birth defects and offer families a voice through our campaigns for change.
We are not like any other charity.

All the stock in our stores is new, donated by retailers, allowing us to create a heaven for bargain hunters and savvy fashionista shoppers who want high street products at discount prices.

What we do and how we do it is unique and being a "Newlifer" is very special.

Our team members are passionate about what they do and the contribution they make in helping the families we work with.


The Opportunity:

No two days are the same as due to the nature of the business the product type can change.

Working with the Visual Merchandiser Manager you will be responsible for delivering high standard window and in store displays.

With our ever changing stock proposition it is important to understand current trends and be creative to support driving sales and KPI's by optimising floor layout and product location.

Liaise with the Store Management team to react to shopping trends, identifying best sellers and sell through.

Use your commercial knowledge to adapt layout, identify stock / replenishment needs and re-stock when needed. Implement promotional / seasonal POS.

What we are looking for:

A commercially astute individual who can maximise profits and deliver the service proposition.


You will ideally have experience of visual merchandising, or retail experience with a creative flair and the ability to put eye catching displays together to drive sales targets and KPI's.

A passion for fashion and and the knowledge of market trends are a must.


You will also need to be flexible in your approach to work to cover additional hours where required and be willing to cover at other Newlife stores on occasion to meet needs of the business.
