About Our Client:

Luxury British skincare brand

The responsibilities for the Junior Artworker based in London will be the following:

  • Working within a team, assist to propose and create digital and print creative assets and align them to brand and campaign ideas
  • Create point of sale promotional material to brief, to deadline and in line with Brand Guidelines.
  • Assist in creating and adapting marketing campaign collateral throughout the year, including multiple variations across numerous creative treatments.
  • Generate digital assets to brief, to deadline and in line with Brand Guidelines.
  • Create and adapt artwork and setup for digital platforms and professional print.
  • Working as a team, sharing knowledge when appropriate, helping colleagues and promote a spirit of mutual respect and support.
  • Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other duties as so requested by management at time to time.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Experience in a brand or agency environment.
  • Good understanding of all key delivery channels with a demonstrable portfolio.
  • Excellent skills with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • A natural flair for creative design, including layout/composition, typography, and aesthetic coherence.
  • Ability to create print ready artwork.
  • Good understanding of the digital design process.
  • Good technical understanding of the print production process.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understanding of colour theory (CMYK/Pantone/RGB).
  • Previous work in fashion, beauty or spa market preferable.
