Lettings Negotiator



Working Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday (One day off during the week)
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are you someone who enjoys interacting with others and has a keen interest in the property market? Our Maidstone office is in search of a Lettings Negotiator to become part of our dynamic team.



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings to present our properties in the best possible way.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to property rentals while ensuring the accuracy and currency of all documentation.


Building Relationships:

  • Cultivate and nurture solid relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a strong determination to achieve success and progress in the property sector.


Offer:

  • £18,000 as a base salary along with a £5,000 commission, leading to On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £23,000.


Training and Growth:

  • Receive thorough training to support your development and progress in this role.
