Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for generating new business in a target-driven environment, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve results.

Requirements
  • Previous estate agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license
