  • Here at Elekta, you will make a difference. As part of the logistics team the daily responsibilities of a logistics coordinator will be to focus as a key player in our order management process. You will liaise with Elekta business Units and Product Supply Centres to maintain and support the order fulfilment process. This will include review of the customer/distribution orders within our planning system.
What you'll do at Elekta- Receive all orders from Elekta Business Units and assist with the project management and invoicing against Elekta tollgates Responsible for reviewing letters of credits to ensure Elekta can comply with all requirements. Ensure any amendments are received. Timely presentation of all documents to the Bank Responsible for uploading required documents for completion of Brief packs Responsible for populating import / export documentation and labels against defined process Maintain relevant business systems with project / order and shipment updates To be actively involved in improvement opportunities throughout the department.
