Responsibilities of a Insurance Advisor:

  • Calling through to warm leads that have requested a call
  • Ask open questions and explain the features and benefits of our product
  • Ensuring that you are fully compliant and informing the customer of all relevant information
  • Provide the opportunity for customers to purchase the policy
  • Represent the Clark UK brands and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner

Requirements for a Sales Advisor:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Confident and driven to succeed
  • Positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection
  • Adaptable with good empathy skills
