Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in bartending, we would love to hear from you.

You will be required to make a selection of cocktails and an eye for detail is essential as you will make sure they look and taste good.

The hours are 5pm to 12:30am Every Friday & Saturday.

Duties:

Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills:

Previous experience in bartending and cocktailmaking would be an advantage.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
