Bar Tender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in bartending, we would love to hear from you. You will be required to make a selection of cocktails and an eye for detail is essential as you will make sure they look and taste good.

The hours are 5pm to 12:30am Every Friday & Saturday.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in bartending and cocktail-making would be an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£10.50 per hour
