Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a multi-award winning e-commerce business who are looking for exceptional talent to join them on their exciting journey.

The social media manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies

You are experienced in delivering a social media service with strong creative skills and the ability to create and deliver content for social platforms and the audiences which uses them.

You have an up-to-date knowledge of social media best practice and thetools/platforms used to deliver this service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage social media accounts across platforms
  • Scheduling planning content, copy and posting plans
  • Write and publish content for social media channels
  • Defining how all social activity drives sales, brand, engagement across seller and dealer audiences, traffic and enquires
  • Writing engaging blog articles
  • Experience as a Social Media Lead and online community management
  • Engaging communicator on social media channels with the ability to hit the right tone, encourage conversations and interactions
  • Team player with a great sense of humour
