Job Title: Social Media Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Manager to join our team at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content that drives conversations and builds our brand presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and resonates with our Gen Z audience.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our brand's personality and tone of voice.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the senior digital marketing manager to develop and execute owned campaigns and agency liaison.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform our content development and social media strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content management and social media marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer brands and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic video and photo editing skills, with the ability to create engaging visual content.
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
