As Procurement Officer/Procurement Assistant/ Accounts Payable Assistant you will:

  • Proactive approach to developing andmaintaining relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to improve the organization's procurement processes.
  • Lead on providing solutions for complex agreements with suppliers and getting these approved by heads of departments.
  • Obtain and get contracts signed off where required, with the responsibility of maintaining contracts and advising business of the context.
  • Own the accounts' payable function, ensuring all invoices are posted at month's end.

Requirements:

For this position you can be either:

  • Experienced in Procurement and desire to move into Accounting and Finance
OR

  • Experienced in Procurement with a keen interest in Fintech

Ideally you will have:

  • 12 years experiencein Procurement.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
  • Inquisitive and strong communication skills.
  • Negotiating Skills
