Please read on if you are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner role in Sheffield. This practice is looking to pay a very competitive salary of up to £55,000 which is dependent on experience and there are part-time or full-time hours available, with flexibility on days including weekends, if desired.
Here you will have the chance to join an excellent team of clinicians to deliver patient services. This not a traditional GP practice and they utilise technology and innovation is very much at their core. This is an opportunity that it set apart from the rest, in a unique practice that has adapted to the needs of the community that use its services. Whether you are an experienced ANP or recently completed your training, you are more than welcome to apply. Whilst primary care experience is preferential, they will consider those wanting to make the move from secondary care who have acute/out of hours experience. Key Duties The ideal candidate will be working alongside other clinicians to provide a variety of clinics, using their experience. However you will be expected to work autonomously. Some of the main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Treat minor illness/injury
  • See patients from the full range of age groups
  • Diagnose and prescribe
  • Provide advice and assistance to other clinicians
  • Assist with the training and development of others
Package and Benefits
  • Part-time and full-time hours available up to 40 hours a week
  • Up to £55,000 basic salary (full time equivalent), dependent on experience
  • 5 weeks holiday plus study leave

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • MSc in Advanced Practice/equivalent
  • Independent Prescriber
  • Primary care experience
  • Minor illness/minor injury experience
  • Strong computer literacy
