Catering Assistant

£10.18 per hour plus benefits
About the role:
- Manage the ordering of food and beverage requests, ensuring that they are communicated to the wider catering team in a timely manner
- To ensure that any special dietary and allergen requirements are noted and communicated to the wider catering team
- To assist and support all new front of house colleagues
- To attend training sessions provided for food hygiene and COSHH awareness
About you:
- Industry recognised qualification at NVQ level 2 or higher, or strong, prior experience within a similar role within the service industry
Level
- Food Safety (onsite training can be provided)
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience within a healthcare catering environment is desirable, but not essential
