A Day in the Life:
You will work on a shift pattern, focusing on safety, quality, and performance standards while driving process improvements and mentoring new managers.
Your day will involve team management, operational responsibilities, process improvements, and contingency tasks.
About the Team:
Amazon Logistics handles 'last mile' delivery, aiming to enhance the delivery experience for customers through creative solutions and global delivery services.
The team is dedicated to processing products and working with delivery contractors to improve customer experience and reduce carbon footprint.
We are seeking candidates to work in locations such as Preston, GBR.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree
- Experience in people management
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders
- Experience using data to influence decisions
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Experience in logistics
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
