With the opening of Aberdeen's newest bar, and completely unique venue, we are looking for driven, passionate mixologists & bartenders.


The venue will consist of 2 bars: one high volume, fast paced high-end bar along with a unique, bespoke and premium spirits-focused cocktail bar, Lab X.

There will be multiple independent food vendor operators within the venue offering in-house and delivery. There will be a stage for a very events focused are in the venue.


In order to be considered for Lab X, you must have either experience and/or true passion for mixology, alcohol and the customer experience.


Responsibilities can include:

  • Menu writing
  • Staff training
  • Pushing revenue
  • Cocktail creation
  • Prep shifts
  • Thinking outside the box
  • Pushing creativity and rewriting the rule book of customer experience
