Job SummaryThe Digital team has an exciting, 1 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity for a Digital Project Office and will be allocated to specific projects or activities depending on the priorities of the Digital team. This will include supporting delivery of existing projects as well as supporting the startup of new projects. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining each project's key documentation as required and minuting board and other relevant project meetings.At this time, staff in the ICB are hybrid working (predominately working from home) but there is a requirement to work in the office at Tooley St London and may require occasional travel to partner organisations and for offsite meetings.Main Duties of the JobKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include (but are not limited to):
  • Assist programme or project managers in the production of highlight reports and other key project documentation.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of highly complex project workstreams to planned timescales, defined standards, and quality expectations.
  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed of progress of activities or projects through regular workstream reporting and communication.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to communicate about the activity/project, to gather information in a timely manner and to consolidate this to provide a view of information across the ICS.
  • Establish and maintain the project(s) documentation library(s).
  • Ensure that all core project logs are kept up to date.
  • Produce and maintain core project documentation, to include: project risk, issue, exception, and lessons learnt logs in line.
  • Produce and maintain project plans and other project documentation (under the direction of the programme or project managers).

  • Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent knowledge and experience
ExperienceEssential
  • Working with senior management and stakeholders including planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement, collecting and analyzing feedback and keeping stakeholders informed of results.
  • Experience of providing support and coordination for concurrent projects.
  • Experience of project planning and RAID management.
  • Experienced in monitoring projects, compiling accurate, concise records and writing reports suitable for a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
