The reception team are responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests. Previous experience in a reception role is required.

This is a permanent position.

Shifts are 6:30 am - 2:30 pm or 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm or occasional mid-shifts

Working 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and bank holidays.

Key Skills required:

  • Excellent Spoken English
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Good administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in challenging situations

Day to day Duties:

  • Meet and greet guests in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Be responsible for efficient and accurate accounting on guest bills
