The Opportunity:

Working with the SLT to develop a HR strategy in line with the business 5 year plan.

Recruiting for a variety of roles across the group, creating talent pools, utilising talent platforms and creating an effective recruitment strategy.

Looking after the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

Harmonising all policies and processes across the business.

Leading on all ER issues.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  1. A strong and experienced HR Manager.
  2. Experience and feels comfortable in a stand-alone role.
  3. A keen idea to making an impact within the business.
  4. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
