Here at the Hollow Tree we're looking for enthusiastic, passionate and skilled bar team members to help support us during our busiest times

Tasks will include but are not limited to: - Serving customers at the bar - Taking food/drinks orders at the bar - Preparing drinks for tables for the waiting team members to take out to customers - Upselling to customers whilst they are ordering - Ensuring you maintain clear communication with the back of house for customer's orders - Ensuring the bar is well stocked at all times with stock and glassware - Keep the bar clean and clear at all times - Selling and serving drinks to the required specification

Requirements for the role:

Be confident - it's important that you can build good relationships with our customers

People focussed - it's important that you can build good relationships with the rest of the team including the kitchen team and management

Customer focussed - it's important to make our customers feel welcome, valued and comfortable and put their needs at the heart of everything you do

Learn our products - it's important to know what products we sell, whether it be wines, spirits or cocktails. You will need to be able to dispense and make these drinks to the required specifications

Supporting peers - use your initiative to help your other team members when they need it

Clear communication - be confident in sharing suggestions and upselling to customers, communicate clearly and confidently with other team members

Be authentic Allow your personality to shine through with customers and your team, be honest, approachable and friendly
