Recruitment Advisor at Innovative Organisation

Our Teesside based client is an impressive, innovative organisation that is entering an exciting growth phase. We are exclusively collaborating with them to hire a proactive Recruitment Advisor. This role plays a vital part in helping the business achieve its expansion goals and drive the Talent Acquisition function forward as a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full recruitment campaign management, including planning, interviewing, administration, and offer management.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to provide a personalized service for each recruitment campaign.
  • Manage candidates directly, enhancing their experience throughout the recruitment processes.
  • Develop talent pipelines and nurture relationships with passive and niche talent.
  • Support the establishment of a top-notch end-to-end recruitment and attraction strategy to enhance our employer brand.
  • Promote a cohesive team mindset within the HR team, collaborating with colleagues to execute the people strategy effectively.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods along with web-based advertising.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications following corporate policies.
  • Manage and upkeep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices compliant with UK employment law.

Applicants should have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment acquired from working in an in-house recruitment or HR role. This position is ideal for ambitious Recruitment Advisors who can effectively engage with managers and senior stakeholders. The ability to handle multiple diverse vacancies simultaneously is crucial for excelling in this position. The role, located in Middlesbrough, supports hybrid working.
