Hours are between 15 and 25 hours a week between Wednesday and Sunday. Will include evenings and weekends. There is some flexibility with working days. More shifts are available during school holidays.

So, what is a kitchen porter?
A kitchen porter is an essential role in the kitchen team, your job will consist of washing up by hand & using the dishwasher.
Along with this you will also help the kitchen team with prep.Experience is not necessary as full training will be given.
Perhaps you're considering chef'ing as a career but want a closer look, for those who would like a first-hand experience & to learn our chefs are always willing to pass on their knowledge and skills.
Kitchen Porter is a great starter point for those wanting to get into the kitchen and learn how service works - opportunity to progress in the kitchen is always an option in our team.

A fair wage - whether your 16 or 60 the starting pay working for us is £9.90 (The Real Living Wage, not the government living wage)
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 10,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets every day needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
This is usually paid to those 18 or over, however we feel that our staff deserve to be paid based on their job and not their age.
