We are looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join Brimhams Active at our new Knaresborough Leisure and Wellness Centre.

As a member of our reception team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be the friendly face and the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with information about our wide range of services, activities, and products offered by Brimhams Active.


As well as the opportunity to join our motivated and dedicated team there are other benefits of working here including flexible working, leisure facility discounts and the option to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Your working pattern in this role may vary, and we are currently open Monday to Sunday. The front desk is open during the week 6am - 9pm and 6am - 7pm on a weekend.

We are looking for those who:

  • Have previous experience in a front of house setting
  • Can showcase strong communication skills
  • Can deliver excellent customer service
  • Have previous experience in administration
  • Hold 5 GCSE or equivalent, including Maths and English
