As our Facilities Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) to oversee all facets of facilities management and assuming full accountability for the operational efficiency of the site.


Reporting directly to the RFM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our buildings not only meet but exceed expectations as exceptional working environments for our valued customers.


You will support in the day-to-day delivery of comprehensive facilities support services, including but not limited to maintenance coordination, resource management, vendor liaison, and compliance oversight.


With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Facilities Manager with the day to day delivery of the Facilities service at the site
  • Assisting with ensuring that facilities available at each site remain in a manageable, safe and effective condition.
  • Assist with ensuring all services, including Security, Cleaning, Health & Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Space Management and Office Services
  • Provide support to Business units and assist with the delivery of their services
  • Management of the site Facilities team
  • Financial Management
  • Be aware of and understand cost control and budgets

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Evidence of strong communication skills (written & oral) and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent "people" skills and customer liaison skills
