The Officer -Supply and Logistics (Projects) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work on one or more important projects.
As part of the operations team, the role will oversee the service partners' performances to meet our organizational needs and ensure the delivery of seamless operational standards.
The responsibilities:
- Working with service partners developing schedules, project scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Coordinating with team members and other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to management
- Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project success
- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
- Collaborating with other key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, problemsolving and project management abilities.
- Proficient within Microsoft Excel and understanding of formulas, Vlookup and Macro.
- Proficient with Excel data analysis
- A positive and willing to learn attitude
