We are looking for filleters, trainee filleters for day and back shift and labourer for day shift. Part time positions available.

The main duties of the fish processor role:

  • Working in a chilled environment
  • Handling fish on a production line
  • Trimming and filleting fish
  • Working to targets and deadlines
  • Adhering to the company's health and safety procedures
  • Other duties may be included

What to expect:

  • Onsite induction
  • Training and ability to progress
  • Transport is available from Peterhead

  • Monday
  • Friday :30 (hours may Vary)


 Back shift
  • Monday
  • Friday 15:30 24:30 (hours may Vary)
  • Pay rate £10.4
  • Overtime rate £15.6
  • Competitive bonus system in place for filleters

What we expect:

  • Good timekeeping
  • To be able to work on your own or as part of a team
