**The main duties of the fish processor role**:

- Working in a chilled environment
- Handling fish on a production line
- Trimming and filleting fish
- Working to targets and deadlines
- Adhering to the company's health and safety procedures

**What to expect**:

- Onsite induction
- Training and ability to progress
- Transport is available from Peterhead
- Early shift - Monday - Friday 0630 - 15:30 (hours may Vary)
- Back shift - Monday - Friday 15:30 - 24:30 (hours may Vary)
- Pay rate - £10.44
- Overtime rate £15.66
- Competitive bonus system in place for filleters

**What we expect**:

- Knowledge of English
- Excellent attendance
- Good timekeeping
- To be able to work on your own or as part of a team
