An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our Commercial Team. Focused on outbound prospecting to generate quality appointments with Commercial Real Estate Agents and Landlords. The role will also involve working closely with our larger accounts to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate value. This additional support provides customers with listing best practice, performance insights, market updates and general account administration.


This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on creating new business opportunities and is motivated by contributing to overall customer growth.

You will be working alongside our Account Management team as well as a variety of other internal teams at our client


A typical week as a New Business Consultant might involvenPro actively contact potential prospects and book appointments for Account Managers.nManage a database of prospects and source your own where necessarynLiaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers and deliver business goalsnContacting existing accounts to establish, build and maintain relationships via telephone & video.

nInterpret and explain customer performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROInAchievement of monthly KPI's and performance metrics relevant to business requirementsnCommunicate and build rapport through effective listeningnRegular sharing of learnings to colleagues and internal key stakeholders to enhance service and product offeringnConsistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customersnRecording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM's are kept up to datenAttend face to face team meetings and company conferences when required
