What We're Seeking:

The Revenue Operations team at Seismic acts as the operational backbone of the organization, supporting various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success to drive global growth. We are in search of a dynamic Senior Revenue Ops Analyst to spearhead Revenue Operations responsibilities in EMEA & APAC, contributing significantly to sales strategy and productivity.

  • Constantly enhance operational processes, challenge the status quo, and drive efficiency
  • Comfortable handling various Revenue Operations tasks to accelerate project outcomes
  • Fluency in English required, proficiency in either French or German is advantageous
  • Proficient in analyzing the end-to-end customer journey and identifying enhancement opportunities
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex information, engaging stakeholders, and driving collaborative change
  • Passionate about optimizing sales productivity and utilizing data effectively to influence strategic decisions
  • Enthusiastic about implementing technology solutions to maximize value
Responsibilities Include:
  • Define key business outcomes and success metrics with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a transition roadmap
  • Drive collaborative workshops, brainstorm innovative solutions, and advocate for people-centric strategies
  • Coordinate internal experts to implement business process enhancements and data analytics
  • Support Sales teams with Sales Tools and Tech Stack optimization
  • Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and sales territory management
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate deal closure and improve efficiency
  • Ensure consistent contract pricing and documentation
  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, and support special projects aligned with team objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting
  • Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and technology implementation
  • Experience in sales tools like Salesloft, CRM, CPQ, Salesforce, and BI tools
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build reports, and conduct data analysis
  • Demonstrated capability to motivate others and drive organizational change
