Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Band 6 clinicians to join our team at Highlands House in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Specifically, we need individuals with a background in Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service, although we welcome candidates with experience in other mental health settings such as Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Art Therapy.

  • Undertake CAMHS assessments for children and young people up to age 18
  • Provide diagnosis, formulation, and treatment recommendations
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and their families
  • Collaborate closely with team members and partner agencies
  • Demonstrate interest in multi-agency work and evidence-based practice in children's mental health

About the Company:

Starting with NELFT: We prioritize the proper onboarding and induction of new team members. At NELFT, new starters will undergo a comprehensive induction process on the first Monday of each month, including training, equipment allocation, and meetings with senior management. Our headquarters is located in Rainham, Essex.

Probationary Period: This role is subject to a probationary period for new starters.
