Personal Care Assistant Females Preferred

I am a young, professional disabled woman looking for 1 or 2 motivated females* to join my team of Personal Care Assistants to work a series of shifts on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Sunday full day (Starting in January).

Extra Flexibility to cover other days or shifts throughout the week would be appreciated. Experience is not essential but some familiarity with hoist equipment would be useful. There is the possibility of more work covering holidays and sickness etc.

It involves helping me with personal care and general daily assistance. I live between Weaste and Langworthy tram stop on the 52 and 10 bus routes. (M5 5JS) You would ideally live close by, a maximum of 20 mins away.

Rates of pay are £10.75 per hour and it is usually a minimum of 7 hours split shifts spread through each day.

The hours would usually be 9am-1pm 6pm to 10pm (times may change due to my commitments).

Initial interviews will be conducted remotely then due to the nature of the role, if you are successful you will be asked to attend a face-to-face interview.

This will include going through expectations and how to use relevant equipment and how to do transfers (e.g. moving me from my wheelchair to my bed).
