What we are here to do / what we are looking for?


We are looking for outgoing individuals who are going to come in and deliver great customer service for our guests.


You will be here to provide a friendly and enthusiastic service, creating an amazing entertainment experience for all our customers.

You must ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are met. You must be capable and prepared to deliver great customer service in a busy pressurized environment. To demonstrate a commitment to the culture and philosophy of Gravity.

Main Responsibilities

  • 1) Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity.


2) Ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewelry.

3) Ensure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.

4) Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company's Health and Safety policies for each activity.

5) Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed.

6) Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses and safety items are functioning properly.

7) Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.

8) Attend to all injured visitors within your designated area and implement first aid as necessary.

9) Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling.

10) Undertake training as required by the Company.

£9.66-£10.41 per hour
