We seek an experienced Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the product strategy, product development, and go-to-market efforts for the Digital Experience Analytics and Digital Experience Monitoring products.

Acting as General Manager, the SVP of Product owns topline revenue for these products, which currently account for more than 50% of total revenue.


The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in managing complex products, combined with a deep understanding of both sales-led and product-led motions.

This role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage globally distributed teams effectively.

This position will be reporting to our Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:
As the SVP of Product, you are fully accountable for the success of the products in your scope. Your mission is to deliver products our customers love while maximizing the positive business impact.

Build, lead, and mentor a

globally distributed team of empowered product managers , fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountabilitynDevelop and own the

strategy

for your product lines, aligning it with the company's objectives, market demands, and customer needs.nEstablish a clear

definition of success

for every product and product initiative. Measure success and course-correct trajectory oftennCreate and maintain

OKR/outcome-centric roadmaps

that outline the direction of the products and ensure focus and alignment between the different product teams.nBuild and drive the

o-to-market strategy

to ensure product success (Net ACV growth, product adoption and retention)nPromote

cross-functional collaboration

including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.nPromote a culture

of customer-centricity, growth, and collaboration


QualificationsnProven experience leading empowered teams with an outcome-centric mindset, driving performance and accountability through well-defined OKRs.nProven success in managing globally distributed and multicultural teamsnExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.nStrong business acumen with experience with sales and product-led go-to-market motions.nAttention to detail.
