Duties will include:

  • Maintaining the company's QuickBooks accounts and general bookkeeping.
  • Credit control.
  • Maintenance of the company's expense card software.
  • Manage customer performance reports.
  • Providing accurate monthend accounts with analysis.
  • Compliance returns (e.g. VAT returns).
  • Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Assisting with annual audit.
  • Full time work in the office

Requirements:

  • Motivated, reliable and provides work on a timely basis.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and individually.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
  • Willing to step in and fulfil adhoc tasks as and when required.
  • AAT/Part Qualified accountant
