As an Administration Assistant you will work with guidance using templates and routines. You may be asked to support training for new colleagues as appropriate. Main duties of the job
Provide a professional and courteous service to a range of customers, which may include contact with patients/clients, carers, families, health professionals and other organisations face to face and over the Answer telephone calls, ensure messages are taken clearly and concisely and passed to the relevant member of the Responsible for sorting, date stamping, scanning and distributing mail on a daily Provide a comprehensive Administration service to the team, inputting data to systems, photocopying, typing notes, filing etco Maintain awareness of developments/priorities at work.
