A well-established investment Bank is seeking a Structured Products Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join their team for a 12-month period.

The role will involve:

  • Securitised derivative transactions.
  • Distribution agreements and confidentiality agreements
  • Compliance and risk control procedures
  • Jurisdictional distribution restrictions

Ideal candidate:

  • 5 + PQE
  • In-house experience within a financial institution (desirable)
  • Understanding of U.S. securities laws
  • Previous experience with structured platforms linked to equities, fixed income, and commodities.
